Peter Jackson Coaching Supervision

Supervision is the process of exploring the meaning and progress of your coaching work in a way that helps you to be fully resourced, to main ethical and professional standards, and to continue to develop yourself and your practice.

I see the role of supervision as enabling the coach’s practice through reflection and self-awareness, at the same time as enhancing value and safety of coaching clients.

More about developing a reflexive approach:

“Following the principle that the coach is the main instrument of coaching ... coaches need to grow in terms of personal reflexivity: to understand themselves, to find out their values and principles of change and development in order to build an approach to practice that is congruent with who they are.”
